  • I rented through hertz because of my insurance. They picked me up and dropped me off at my location and were so so nice. I am terrible with names and I am so upset that I didn't take the time to remember their names because they were all so nice. They greeted me when I came in, and even told me about all my options for the rental. Then told me how to operate the vehicle which I also appreciated! When I came in to drop off the vehicle there was one guy who was alone and he did a good job at multi tasking the lobby... There were three of us... I was waiting for a ride and the other two were waiting for vehicles... He kept us all updated with information and everyone was fine. Communication is key. I just wish I was better with names so these people could have gotten credit for their great service.
