I've lived in this complex for a few months. At first it seemed okay, nothing very special, but a fair place to live. Within the first few weeks, my apartment was entered without permission and a mess left in the kitchen which looked like someone had cleaned out a paint tin but left some paint. I went to the office and they claimed they don't show it as entered. We changed the locks at that point. I had another instance of it being very obvious someone had entered my apartment with a similar mess left in the sink and by the bathtub while I was at work. Again I checked the office and they claimed nobody entered. I later found that when the lock was changed it was done so incorrectly and was essentially twirling in the door knob doing next to nothing. The pins to the lock essentially all fell out in the end.
I have escalated my concern of safety to the office and asked how many times their records show my apartment had been entered. They said twice. I have spoken and confirmed with the complex at least four times granting them entry to my apartment, their records are not complete and makes me further uncertain as to their claims they did not enter my residence. Entering without permission is a violation of the lease agreement when an emergency isn't at place other residents have also stated they have had their apartment entered without permission. At that point I requested the complex escalate the issue and was told I would be contacted within a week. I waited over two weeks without being contacted. I reached out to ConAm directly with the concern and after not hearing back as the weeks pass by have sent a second message to them.
If you want a complex who cares about the residents and especially in matters of safety and security, do not live here. The maintenance man himself is really cool, however the office and how they handle business is a complete joke.
There are also next to no amenities, there is one pool, and the laundry rooms they offer has machines which rarely work and will eat your money.
Trust me. You can find better.
