  • I was freaking out as another company tried to pressure me to buy a new air conditioner without getting a second opinion. I was referred to Sanders Air Conditioning and Appliance. I explained my situation and made an appointment. Brian (the owner) came and did a comprehensive evaluation. He took pictures of everything he checked and also gave the the exact readings of his tests. He took the time to explain in layman's terms what the readings meant. Instead of a pressured sale of $8000+, maintenance and repair of about $800 was what was indicated. Brian and his technician were extremely professional and just generally inspired confidence in their opinions. I am beyond thrilled with this company and would absolutely recommend them. They have a regular customer for life!!!
