  • Update: it has been over a month now. Connecting to leasing office is a waste of time. I have complained about it like 10 times after my previous post . Every time they ask to keep a bucket under the AC and ask maintenance guy to come over. Maintenance guy asked leasing office 2 weeks back to send professional for which we are still awaiting and last Friday only they have called the AC company to send for servicing. Pathetic!!!! We asked to change our apartment and give us any other, but they are unwilling to do that also. There is nothing like customer satisfaction here. Only thing they do is hike the apartment rent every time lease expires. I have taken several videos and pics of dripping water from AC and other mismanagements in Palm Courts Apartment. This is a home hazard.. When these ppl will understand!!!! Update 2: I am a bit late on this update. Palm Courts did ask the AC maintenance company to visit and issue was finally fixed. I would like to thanks the Palm Courts Maintenance guys who worked really hard to fix the water dripping issue. Although they had to finally ask AC company, but they did put a lot of effort. Also, Palm Courts now has a new gym with lots of equipments.
