  • I have had a very bad experience with both this dealership and the manufacture. I have owned my Wrx Sti for 9 months and babied since new. The headlights have developed fogging and fading on the outside and look like they have been on the vehicle for years! The first time I took my car in to have the headlights looked at they proceeded to tell me that this was wear and tear and made it sound like they were doing me a favor by "buffing" the lights. They assured me the condition should not return. Only a few months later the fogging did return but this time I asked them to find a permanent solution. They told me that the headlights can only be cleaned again and that there was nothing more that they can do. I did not agree with there recommendation and asked the service manager to take care of the problem. He directed me to Subaru of America with any other questions or concerns. I decided to try and speak to the general manager thinking that he may be able to help me resolve my problem before taking it up with corporate. Instead I talked to a sales manager then gave me the same speech the service manager did and assured me that I would not speak to general manager because my concern was not important enough to reach him. I asked for his business card or contact number but got no where. I decided to speak to Subaru of America but they assured me that the dealership would know best and that I should just clean the headlights again. This is the worst service experience I have ever had. They continue to try and brush me off and not solve the problem. The fact of the matter is I still have faded headlights on my brand new car and no matter how many times they "buff" and "clean" them the condition will always return! Don't bring your vehicle here for service and don't expect anyone at Subaru of America to be any help either. Apparently saving money on parts is more important than taking care of customers!
