  • I had the worst experience of my life with Brandon Latour the sales manager at Bell Honda and his assistant Aaron. They are the biggest liars. They pursued me through all mode of communication-call, email and text. I have the text trail which were exchanged with Brandon Latour and Aaron. I was very upfront with my offer and asked them if they are okay then only I will come to showroom for the test drive as it's phoenix Az and it was extreme heat weather advisory (121f). Brandon texted me 30min before I was starting and when we reached there we were told that the car was sold out 2 hours back. They are the biggest liars. My friend called to double check and was told by other salesperson that car was still available. Brandon ill treated us by calling us to the showroom. Why to call someone if you don't want to sell them the car. I will never go to Bell Honda or any other Honda dealer. They are unethical and insensitive towards customers.
