  • 07/01/18 update -- I've been back 3 more times since the previous review and have been happy every time. Drinks come out in a reasonable amount of time and the staff has been super courteous. Someone did reach out to me about the incident which I did appreciate, but I never contacted them back so I didn't get any special treatment or extra detail-oriented order for this updated review. I just walked in at random times to order and all three times they were consistently good! I do believe that last time was a one-off. Will continue to come back and recommend to everyone I know Drinks are great but service was horrible today. Came at 103 on a Wednesday, it opened at 1. They weren't ready to take orders but that's okay. Took a while for the chip reader to start working, but that's okay. Finally worked and I ordered my three drinks and paid and tipped. From then to when I got my drinks it took 15 minutes! For 3 drinks! And I was the only one there. He finished making my drinks and didn't even offer a carrier for 3 drinks! Their drinks aren't sealed, they just put a Normal cap on it. I only have two hands. Shit is spilling everywhere. I walk back and ask for a carrier. No idea why it wasn't offered especially if the drinks aren't sealed. Not a single time did he even say thank you. Actually Te whole time he was just sniffling and rubbing his nose, which is disgusting because I'm positive he didn't wash his hands before he made my drink. Just nasty.
