  • really cool scenic loop drive, it's an inexpensive way to bring your family to see something special. It really shows you how small you are compared to the rest of the world. Enjoyed coming with with my girlfriend, and we got some great photos. bring lots of sunscreen and water, they are super strict about this, temperature is really hot and risk for dehydration! They give you a map at the front when you pay, I think it was only like $5-$10 per car to go in, stop at the visitors center first to use the restroom because after you drive out of the loop there is no coming back, it leads straight out to the highway.
