  • This company has such great customer service! After buying a new house with known roof issues, I had a few companies come out to do a quote on repair and eventually replacement of the roof. Revamp came out nice and quick to give it a look. Ruben (the owner) actually came out himself to do the inspection. He was very honest with me and was able to explain the reasons of why my roof needed replacement, rather than just saying "it's bad and needs replaced". Due to financial reasons, we decided to get the repair done before doing a full replacement. Ruben said the repair would hold us over until we could do the full replacement. The guys came out today and did the repair. They did a very good job taking photos of everything they did on the roof. I really appreciated this, as I obviously am not going to climb on the roof to make sure the work was actually done. Ruben called me after the work was done because I had a question about the invoice that was sent over. He had amazing customer service again. Not to mention, their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this company!
