  • I have rented with this company since 2015 they have switched company 2 times. I have paid rent on time the entire time up until I had a problem with their portal and then they blamed it on me charged 300 dollars later for late fees, I tried telling them the portal wouldn't let me confirm I researched to find it was an old number on the portal but they sure call my current number if they have issues. I went to pay my rent this month on time they were supposed to of credited my account for the last two months but still have yet to see it they care when they want money. Second around thanksgiving I called on a broken water heater they said due to holidays it will take longer well I had a garage full of water ruin my stuff ,two weeks later they replaced it I had black mold every where It then took another two weeks to fix black mold. Third I put an electrical problem yet another serious problem and have yet to see a worker! And my down stairs bathroom full of black mold nobody has come to fix that either I have kids and I myself kidney issues and no immune system and have had pneumonia,bronchitis and ever time I come home I cough due to the mold. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with they do not try to work with you in any way they are crooks ever time you sign a lease your rent goes up the messed up thing is this same house I rent goes for 1100 I now pay 1300 so even if you pay your rent and are a good renter that means nothing. My sister also rents and has the same portal issue so they say I'm the only one with issues but yet no no I am not she also has the same issues I have . If your thinking of renting please think twice and run! Let me add when you yelp they will come at you with H.o.a violations and bullshit true story.
