  • Luke Schultz exceeded my expectations. The couch, over-stuffed chair and ottoman are mostly-down filled and13 years old. It probably would have cost more to repurchase the equivalent furniture than to have it reupholstered. I found Schultz on Groupon, as I am new to Cleveland and did not have any recommendations. Boy, did I score. I called Luke before ordering the Groupon. We had a conversation about cost and based on my verbal description he was able to give me a very accurate estimate. I went to look at samples, found a great fabric that was reasonably priced and durable, and scheduled a pick-up. The only delay was that I needed so much material, all 3 pieces have a full skirt around the bottom, that his distributor did not have enough in stock. The fabric had to be order from the mill. I did not mind getting "fresh" product. The re-upholstery job is better than the original. In addition, his "quote" based on my verbal description was spot on!
