  • Some years ago I was in there and witnessed an expensive upright piano that had been refinished being wheeled on a dolly by piano movers. It was on it's way out for delivery. One mover remarked "one side of this piano is all scratched up. The shop owner said: forget about it, the guy who owns it is blind." Ive since heard of other fradulent repairs being passed off as quality work. There are other sources of pianos out there, maybe just beware. Yes, 'buyer beware ' comes to mind.
