  • As a resident and condo owner for 8 years, I have to sadly say that this place has gone down in terms of caring about their residents. The maintenance employees do a good job, but I'm convinced management no longer care about the upkeep and security of the complex. We've personally experienced theft and vandalism - and management takes no responsibility - they simply say "did you call the police?". Well, the police won't help on private property - it's the complex's job to make sure our property are safe and secure. This place desperately needs a courtesy patrol. Without that - I must suggest that prospective residents should look elsewhere.
