  • VR Powered by Zero Latency REVIEW Arcades are for little kids. Yeah, I'm bitter since the last video game I was good at involved an eight bit centipede marching down a screen full of funky colored mushrooms and the colorful games that fill casinos all take more than a quarter to play. Virtual Reality powered by Zero Latency isn't for kids. DO THIS!!! Outfitted in a weighted vest (houses an Alienware gaming notebook), full VR head gear, Razor headphones, and a 10lb weighted rifle, you and your team mates will play out a zombie killing adventure (played Zombie Survival), freely roaming wirelessly though a game environment. The experience is so immersive, in 30 minutes, you will walk over a mile, your adrenaline will get flowing, you will sweat, you will lose your balance and fall. You might even scream like a little girl (don't do this unless you want your team mates to shoot you). Sure the story and graphics are like other games and do not mimic reality (it is a game and not military combat training after all), but the experience is one worth having. Notes: -- Three games available. Choose one at the time of booking. -- Advance booking recommended. -- Maximum eight players to a team. -- Game time: 30 minutes. -- Cost: $50 per game per player. -- 21+ website: https://www.mgmgrand.com/en/entertainment/virtual-reality.html Side note: I've been a huge fan of Zero Latency VR and have been waiting for them to open an arena in the US for two years since I first tried their game at an expo. Playing it "for real", beats all expectations. One of the best non gaming activities on the Strip!
