  • The rebate program has gone down the drain ... I used to love purchasing my products at Staples, mostly, the great rebate program, you'd get a CHECK to cash ... then they switched to a VISA card ... THAT EXPIRES!! It does not even last a year!! I was trying to use it for other office items I need at Staples. So, it would last for a couple of months to a year. Didn't even notice that it had an expiration date on it! The cashier and manager said "oh well" should of used it before it expired! Lost me as a loyal customer.
