  • Have been a frequent diner here and just can't do it any longer. I swear if any business was in need of an overhaul of waitstaff and timing it's here. It always starts with such promise. Time to sit and look at menu and someone brings you a drink. Then you order and the hell begins... An hour this time (on a Thursday at 10:30) we ordered from the menu no changes. That's when the server disappeared. 38 minutes later she reappeared with two plates of food which she quickly deposited and booked it away. Want to know why? Because our food was so cold except the bottom from the heating plate. Butter wouldn't melt on pancakes but it would spread. Ugh really? Guess what happens then? Yep 17 minutes of trying to get her to come on by. Finally she does and we get it taken off the bill. Not like we ate any of it. Seriously has this place really given up? Too bad. Save your time and go anywhere else
