Every negative comment you read here about Canpar is true and then some. We have a parcel presently sitting in a locker at a local gas station. My wife and I are seniors, we do not own a smart phone, just a dumb phone for dealing with morons at Canpar. I can't get their stupid locker to open. Multiple phone calls have not helped. Even an email to 'executive' resulted in an immediate apology but no real help.
So there our parcel sits, 200 metres from our home and it will be shipped back to Pembroke in a couple of days.
Do not ever use this courier service!
