We had quite a bit of confusion setting up the original meeting. I purchased service through moving help when I rented my UHaul truck. Class A Moving failed to call me promptly and I had to initiate communication myself. For some reason, they also didn't have my address on hand.
I gave them my move FROM and TO address. I originally was going to buy truck driving as well, but managed to get other free help, so I also cancelled that over the phone.
In the morning, the movers themselves seemed confused by the instructions from HQ. They originally set off to the TO address, even though our stuff was awaiting loading at the FROM address. This fortunately wasn't a long enough set back that we couldn't return our truck on time, but it did add a bit of stress.
Besides the mishap and confusion with HQ, the actual two workers that came were really adept at moving all of our furniture and large/heavy items quickly and safely. One of them even repaired a piece of our furniture which was damaged, which was much appreciated!
If the communication and set up process was a bit less clunky, this would have been a 5/5! My rating for the movers alone is definitely a 5/5.
