  • It's called dollar for a reason. Staff when picking up the car was friendly at first until he wanted me to pay for an upgraded vehicle. When I declined he was no longer friendly. Then tried to sell me insurance, when I told him that I was already insured, he mummbled something about how my coverage didn't work in Arizona. Wanted to add my wife on as on additional driver that would cost $51.00! Really the car rental for the week was only $141.00. They really try to rip you off with all the additional fees. Car was old and had 55,000 miles on it. Ran good and was decent wasn't very clean. When I returned it you would have thought It was a Land Rover the way they were checking for any damage.
