rev:text	I chose this location based on the number of fantastic reviews and a solid recommendation from Dutch's. I needed two tires looked at, with one going flat every few days since they were installed (at a place out of town). The owner (I believe...?) was great at returning calls and scheduling/rescheduling the needed appointment. On the day of the appointment, there appeared to be one guy working, in the back, and after waiting for 5-10 minutes at the lobby counter, I eventually went to the back door and shouted out a "Hello...?" The technician seemed surprised to see me and confused, but was able to accommodate my need to have the vehicle back by mid-afternoon. When I returned, there were now three customers standing around the lobby with one on his phone calling the location, as he was saying he'd been waiting a long time for someone to come out to the counter. We all stood listening to the business phone ring....ten plus times, and nobody picked up or came to the front. I went to the back door again and shouted out, "Hello...!!" and the same technician came out... The technician said they were extremely short staffed and were trying to hire more employees. I was billed $42 to seal my tires, being told that the aluminum rims corrode with the liquid salt on the roads and I should be good for another year and a half... ONE DAY later...my tire pressure light comes on as I'm driving on I-94E... Long story short, I found another place in town that looked at my tires and they seem to have corrected the problem. MAYBE I just caught these folks on a bad day as recent reveiws are still really great.
