  • We bought a Crepe Myrtle April 2018. We specifically wanted the dark fuchsia color and worked with a staff member to get the correct color. We planted the tree ourselves. The tree bloomed in June and it was a light pink not the dark fuchsia we were sold. I called and talked to Jonathan (assistant manager) he apologized and said we could dig it up (now 6 ft tall) and bring it for an exchange and a $25 store credit. We asked for them to come out and dig it up and replace it with the correct color we originally were told we were buying as it was their mistake. He refused. So, their mistake makes more work for us!!! Will never do business with this company again. I understand why they have bad reviews.
