  • I went to Acacia Cafe today after getting some terrible news and feeling quite ill. I was starving and sad and really excited to try this new little cafe, hoping it would lift my spirits. Unfortunately that was not the case. I will not be returning to this cafe in the future. I have never been treated so poorly. To say the service is unprofessional is an understatement. The lady taking my order was rude. She snapped at me, then when she saw I was startled by it, she literally laughed. When I walked away, again she laughed very loudly. During the duration of my lunch, she was very passive aggressive. It was a terrible experience and I'll never go back. I am let down. I was really hoping to find a new go to sandwich shop that was close to home. There are better cafes in the area that appreciate my business and have excellent customer service. Try Bertha's Cafe or LGO. You're guaranteed a better experience.
