  • AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Over the past month the service has become deplorable. The employees on both the Day and Night shifts don't seem to give a damn. Items I've ordered on the Day shift have been smaller than they should be and when pointed out, they just shrug. Today I waited 8 1/2 minutes for a Peanut Buster Parfait that was one level short and made to eat in instead of To Go like I ordered. I knew it would be futile to complain to them, since they obviously didn't care about doing their jobs! The staff was ignoring the customers in line and two groups left. The Night Shift working on 4/30/18 and 5/6/18 didn't care that the "Open" sign wasn't on and did not turn it on after I told them about it. On 5/6/18 while making my order, a customer that was friends with the person making my order came in, took a seat, and yelled his order to her and they had a brief conversation while my half-made order sat waiting to be completed. Once my order was finally completed, again it was not made To Go. When I pointed this out, she got pissy and complained about having to put a top on it and get me a new spoon! I hope Dairy Queen pulls this franchise from the current franchisee and finds a new franchisee that is committed to EXCELLENT Customer Service. If this type of service keeps going on, they'll be closed by Summer. I know I'm going to tell everyone I know to avoid it.
