We came here around 10pm on Memorial Day weekend & were pretty excited to try it out since everyone had said it was amazing. We were seated within 10 minutes and a waiter came to take our order shortly after. We decided to share a burger and couldn't decide between the farmers or the Hell's Kitchen burger so the waiter told us to try the Hell's Kitchen burger and add an egg for $3. We also ordered a cheddar ale soup. The servers seemed to be gossiping amongst themselves the whole time; we were seated near the kitchen area so we could see & hear everything such as which tables sent their food back & which tables were complaining, etc because the servers were talking pretty loudly. Also, our food took forever to come out; I think we waited for at least half an hour for our one burger to arrive at the table. By the time it arrived, we were so hungry that we didn't even notice that they had forgotten our egg until we were almost done with the burger. We informed our server & he looked at our food and asked if we wanted to get the egg now -- obviously we didn't because we only had a few bites of burger left -____- the cheddar ale soup was good but a little too salty. The burger itself was pretty good, but the overall experience and wait was blahhh.
