rev:text	Not a good idea to pull your car into this place. We had to very quickly replace two tires. During the emergency the nearest place was a Firestone. We bought the one tire and continued home. A few days later we went to the Firestone across the street from us. We got our tire and for a reasonable price. Seat was offing $49 alinm so we already new we we going the for that. During our extremely long wait we over saw what was taking place within this store. All morning a woman waited for her alignment just to finally leave and drive away and come right back to tell them it's pulling so far to the left she can't drive it that's interesting considering what she went in for. Am older lady was getting her assessment from what look like the store manager and he could not explain to her what an O2 sensor was and why she didn't eat it at this moment when all it took was a few simple words like you need it to pass smog so get it before you need to smog simple. That poor woman just kept asking and he couldn't give her a real answer. Lucky before I had to step in to help her understand the mechanic came in and explained it to her pretty well. The entire time the phone is ringing and the manager is answering apologizing over and over again about not calling to let them know that the car was ready. Everyone had been waiting a pretty ridiculous amount of time nothing seemed to be going well. Just afterwards we went to Sears to get our alignment not showed how about Firestone really was they were absolutely wonderful professional and a pleasant atmosphere we enjoyed the people and very much enjoyed our mechanic. My advise is to just steer clear of this particular Firestone.
