  • The management in this building is ridiculous. Their only job at this point is to collect management fees. The concierge alternates answers between "I don't know" and "it's not my job". One the time fire alarm set and I phoned them to see what was going on and their response was "this just happened, I don't know". Noise complaints are dealt with a "we're working on it" in a condescending tone which is never resolved. The building and apartments themselves are very nice but if you need any service or you're in any trouble accommodation wise, you're on your own.
