  • Horrible experience, do not give them your business! We ordered a full bed with drawers underneath. I specifically asked if the drawers were a separate item, I was told no. Item was entered on order form simply as full bed. When I got home I realized computer printout said Tw Bed, called the store and was assured it was a full bed and that was simply a typo. "Don't worry, bed will be a full" was the response. After a few weeks they called to deliver the bed with a 9 hour delivery window. Wow, good thing I work from home and did not have to take the day off work. When they called that day to say they were coming in the next 4 hours, I asked if it was a full bed and no, it was a twin. When I called they were rude and not apologetic about the mixup. A week later they called with another 9 hour delivery window, seems this is a standard time frame. They delivered the bed without drawers. After calling I was told this was in fact a separate item. They wanted to charge full price and manager did not seem to have any intention of resolving he issue. He kept referring back to order which didn't include a separate line item. So the incompetent unknowledgable salesperson failed to include the item and I seemed to be at fault for not knowing there was a separate item - even when I specifically asked about it! I spent an hour on the phone with the manager and I could tell he had no intention of doing anything but charge me full retail price for the additional item. The manager actually hung up in me once and failed to return any additional calls. I had to visit the store to confront salesperson and manager. After arguing with both if them for a while and raising my voice in the crowded store they refused to budge more than their apparent cost of the item. I even had he salesperson admit in front of the manager we talked about the drawers being included! After more hassle I finally agreed to pay $100 which was only $70 less than their "cost" and they refused to budge. After much arguing for a while in circles, I finally had them cancel the order and to return to haul away the bed. Even that took threats to open a dispute with credit card company. Worst furniture buying experience ever. By the way, this was their Gilbert store, manager that refusing to resolve the issue in a reasonable manner was Jason.
