rev:text	A lot of people posted reviews on google saying that the costumer service is horrible. Oddly enough, I didn't get that vibe. So why the 3 stars? My review is based on selling items. Don't. That's all I can really tell you. I dropped by on a Saturday with a bag full of items that weren't worn. I did my research into what they were looking for before I bought my items in. A lot of Zara, H&M, Marciano... typical 20s items. Figured great. I have a whole closet of items never worn that I can exchange to purchase items to wear to work. Walked in and was greeted warmly. Told them I was looking to sell and they said there was people before me but to leave my items and return in a few hours. Not a problem. I live a 5 min walk away. So I did. And when I returned, the girl at the front said it just isn't what we're are looking for today. I'm confused because 4 of the items are exactly like the items they had on their mannequins... but hey, that's not what they're looking for today. So I took my bag home. When I got home, that's when I realized they didn't even look in the bag. I know because I have a certain way I organize items and fold them. (Weird I know but it's an OCD of mine since I was really you young) Jeans are always in the bottom and dresses on top. The way I put everything in the bag, is the same way I got them when I came home. I know it may sound weird but who would go through the trouble of rearranging everything like the way I had it to begin with. There's no way they knew how I folded my items and placed them in the bad. So unless you stand there and watch them go through your items, expect them not to at all. Honestly, I may be incorrect about my though process but things just didn't add up. It's a great place if you're looking to purchase items. Some of them are a wee bit over priced than the original store so make sure you know what you're getting to begin with. I've been into the store many times before and for the most part, I'll still probably continue to buy items there. I won't however sell. They've been quite nice to me but I've seen the way some employees are to customers.
