  • Decent gear here. But my wife bought me a swimsuit last week and can't find the receipt. All I want to do is exchange it for the exact same style, different size. Tags still on it. Cashier at the register says I need to know exactly what day my wife bought it. Tells me she can't exchange it "because I'm not the owner and it's company policy. It says so right on the receipt." Policy doesn't trump the law, IcyWakes. We'll have to go the tedious route of canceling through the credit card company. But we learned a lesson never to buy anything from this store again. Bad customer experience from what should be pretty cool people. Disappointing.
