  • I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service the representatives have displayed. I rented a 2 bedroom suite for my son's 21st birthday. The room we looked at included a large kitchen and living space with 2 separate rooms and washer and dryer. Perfect for the group headed out there. We arrived and received fantastic service from the employees at the MGM Signature. Went up to our suite and found that we were assigned 2, 1 bedroom suites. They were side by side and shared a door that kept each room private. NOT AT ALL WHAT WE BOOKED. I immediately called the company and because we arrived after 430pm there was no one in the office and no answering machine. So the people at the Signature tried connecting me through another number. I left a message asking for an immediate call back and 5 days later I am still waiting. Never again will I book through Jet Luxury resorts and I hope you won't either.
