  • [UPDATE] HOWEVER, I need to discuss some of the CONS of this gym. ALWAYS wipe down the equipment BEFORE and after you use it. Trust me, it's not as clean as you think it is. One machine has visible grease marks that completely gross me out. Lately, I can be there for an hour and only see one other person wiping down the equipment, and it gets pretty goddamn awful looking. The gym etiquette among members varies greatly, but be prepared for "gym heroes" and some people who just don't care. Last night, I saw a guy working out in his bathing suit and flip-flops! I have also come to accept that I'm a non-paid volunteer here, because I'm constantly picking up stray weights and putting them away. You know, typical gym experience no matter where you go. Still, this is a small place, and I desperately wish people were more courteous to other members, and that the staff called these people out for not following the rules.
