  • Went to Cobblestone yesterday and was NOT impressed with my experience. I went here with a friend of mine as we were referred here by another friend. The staff was rude and made you feel as if they were talking about you and laughing at you the entire time. I also felt very rushed. My friends foot was cut during her pedicure and the lady just kept trying to force her foot back in the water and continue - even though she could not stop bleeding. I work in the beauty service industry and let me tell you, that is so wrong as for how sanitation procedures should be handled. And the nail tech didn't even seem the slightest bit apologetic. I was getting my nails done and got cut many times around my cuticles. I felt as if being fast was more important than the quality of their work. My SNS manicure is super uneven and I have little cuts all around my cuticles. It's too bad because this place has a beautiful environment but the staff and quality of work is terrible. I won't be back.
