Went to the Rainbow store at approx 5pm on 08/03 to figure out why our family plan data usage was so high and to see a real time reflection of our usage. Initially I was delighted to see there was no line. I was greeted and advised if I didn't have the application I would not be able to view our current data use. Even after I had advised the representative that I had visited the Centennial Hills store several times and they were able to access our data, he persisted the only way to get the info I needed was to get the application. I then proceeded to drive out of my way to the Centennial Hills store where I was promptly greeted. It took the representative less than 30 seconds to retrieve the info I requested. So while one branch gets a outstanding rating this store unfortunately gets a 1 star. Very disappointed in the store and the knowledge of the representative I spoke to.
