While I have had great experiences in the past, my recent encounters with Liberty leave much to be desired.
When servicing a vehicle recently, I was told it would be ready by noon. The dealership called to inform me the car was ready, yet when I arrived at 12:15, the car had not been washed or vacuumed. I was told "It would only be another 15 minutes or so..." - but had appointments that afternoon that precluded me from staying "just another 15 minutes."
While the front office staff was apologetic and offered to let me bring it back in, that is simply not the point. The inconvenience of having to drive back to the dealership to have it cleaned when that service was expected at the previous visit is missed by such an offer. This shows that Liberty does not value their client's schedules, and does not adhere to service promises.
To contrast - I took our other vehicle (a smilier luxury brand) to that dealership for service, and when it could not be washed within the allotted time, they offered to pick up the vehicle the next day to clean and return it to my home. THAT is the kind of out-of-your-way-service that will keep customers coming back year after year for a brand.
Liberty - I want to give you high marks, but you have to recognize that not all of your customers are retired with time to spare to wait for delayed service vehicles.
