  • I have no words to describe how awful this place is...bc of the convenience I been going there but no more....Every time I go there I have to fight off gang member looking staff members who are trying to cross sell me everything and beyond everything...and when I pay extra for tire shine and air freshener I never get it done...it's been three times, who to complain to? to the guys at the end of the line? I would if I knew Spanish but I don't...Last time I was there to change my oil they quoted me one price...by the time I got to the cashier the price wasn't $32.99 anymore, it went up $7.25..because I have a VW and it requires special filter and extra oil...That's ok but I pulled up in the same VW and he shoulda told me right away instead of quoting me one price and then I go to cashier for a surprise...I am no gonna go broke over $7.25 but it's a matter of a principal...if I was satisfied with their previous work I probably wouldn't say anything but this was too much...and at the end the free car wash that I got was not even a car wash, they just ran it thru the machine and that's it...I dont recommend this place
