  • We have been customers of 5 Star Window Care for over 5 years now and they are the only company we would ever trust to clean our solar panels. The ability to clean windows is one thing, but cleaning specialized equipment takes skill and professionalism. 5 Star has this in spades! After reading another review (2-star) about the changing of ownership of the company and the resulting diminishment in work quality I did remember a time when the quality of the work seemed less than perfect. Fast forward to today and it seems that all of the kinks have been worked out. The on-site crew was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job! Likewise, Michelle (the new office manager), is utterly friendly, knowledgeable, and good at finding needed information. Another thing that impressed me is that they honor my original pricing which is astounding, and shows a "good business" sense of values! All in all, I would recommend 5 Star Window Care highly!
