One week ago, my husband and I just purchased a washer and dryer here, and decided that since we were already at the store to also pick up some plastic sealing strips for our shower door. It was 15 mins to closing and we asked the guy at the bath desk for help in locating the strips. He never made eye contact with us, had a disdainful look on his face the entire time, and proceeded to lie through his teeth that Lowe's doesn't sell parts and we would have to go through the manufacturer directly. I'm sorry, but Walmart, Amazon, and Lowe's online all carry these generic items. I guess he was appalled that we apparently had the nerve to ask for his help so close to clocking out, nevermind that we had just spent close to half an hour waiting for service at the appliances department, and spent over 2000 bucks at the store. My bad for expecting basic customer service here. Will not be back, if I can help it.
