  • This place is probably the grossest forever 21 ever.. it's so freaking unorganized it's impossible to find anything! Especially when you're above a size small. You find something great and realize its not your size, guess what? You're shit out of luck because you're never going to find where the other sizes to that thing are. Customer service is okay I guess, got a few rude employees but I guess I'd be rude too if I had to work in that store. I think if they did some cleaning up and organizing this store would be so much better.. I love forever 21 but this one sucks.
