  • Poor customer service.... I'm new to the area and have been going out of my way to bring my laundry to be dry cleaned here for the last couple of weeks. Not aware of the time they close, I arrived 10 min late to find the door locked, but two ladies inside. Being that I work in healthcare and our doors are opened 24/7, I wasn't expecting that, but I don't get off work until 6:30... So when I simply begged since I work the next couple of days, the girl smiled, shrugs and says sorry, we're closed. I get that.... Here's the worst part.... I'm parked right next to them, they walk over, laugh and point and then drive off. Really???? Exceptions are made for good customer service... This didn't happen to be one of those times.
