  • This was my first visit from out of town. I can honestly say that I didnt know what to expect. Overall the place is very crowded and the parking lot can be a bit of challenge but overall the place has a wonderful feel about it. The door staff is very friendly and so were the bartenders. Actually I played pool for the first time and everyone at the pool table was very friendly and talkative. I am not a fan of country music but watching the people line dance actually is entertaining. Sure there are bars out there were people look directly through you. But I didnt feel that way at Charlie's. Overall I felt very safe inside and outside. Next time I am visiting Phoenix, I may be back to say howdy!
