  • The service department was absolutely disappointing. I left my car for 2 weeks to get fixed and got a call that it was ready, then 20 minutes later got a call from the service manager threatening me that if I didn't bring in the loaner, I would be charged $50 a day for keeping it. 20 minutes isn't even sufficient to get to the dealership. When I walked through the door to get my car back, the service people were laughing at me and didn't even have my car ready after telling me it was sitting up front waiting for me. Within 24 hours, my car was having the same issues and is not actually fixed. On top of that, every setting in my car was changed, something was spilled on the console and it appeared as if someone had, in fact, been driving my car and set everything to their preferences. Unfortunate experience and will not return.
