  • I starting going to the Village Family Health Team this year, and I have to say, I love it there. The receptionists have always been very polite and welcoming to me. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room for my appointments to start, they've actually all started on time. The doctors are so knowledgeable, that most of my appointments have ended early, as the doctors knew right away what was wrong, and were able to fix me up quickly. They also have an app with allows patients to communicate with their doctor without having to make an appointment - so convenient if you only want a prescription refilled, you can even tell the doctor which pharmacy to contact. Totally eliminates the need to make an appointment and go in just to ask the doctor for a prescription refill. Will definitely be staying with this clinic. I'd recommend to anyone!
