  • I look forward to buying a drink at the end of the busy work week. Today, i ordered a venti signature double shot and was handed an almost half empty glass! I asked the barista why the glass was so empty, especially after paying almost 5 bucks for a cup of coffee. They responded that because I had ordered "light ice" that this was he amount I was allotted. They said that my only options were to fill it with ice or coconut milk. I didn't want more ice or coconut milk, I really just wanted the drink that I had really looked forward to. I understand that the drink, in the instance of light ice, won't be filled to the top, but this was comical. Very disappointed customer.
