  • Do not live here. I thought that would be the best intro to catch a future residents attention. I'm not from Arizona, but lived here for 1 year and had the most miserable, disgusting, untruthful experience as my welcome present. I went through 2 different mgmt teams and both were horrendous. I won't name names because that won't matter, they'll have a new team in a few months- if they don't already since I've left. What is signed on your contract is a lie. Be careful, because your apartment can be perfect (and they'll tell you too during your move out date) and you still won't get your 100% deposit back. They'll lie and charge you $50 for some "carpet cleaning fee", find ANYTHING to say and charge you for it, and never answer your emails and questions. They will steal your money. I promise you. They will also show you a showroom apartment, and when it's time to move in- you get a completely different apartment. Lastly, they never tried to do nice things for the residents and bring the community together for the entire year I lived there. Cheap assholes that steal your money. The ONLY nice comment I have to say is that the maintenance team were sweet and very helpful at all times. Let me know if you have questions and want the honest truth about this company and complex as well.
