  • Wow! What an amazing owner, foreman, Olivia & Henry the 24's is what I called them. These two combo team were amazing, both 24 year olds and have room to grow in the business. They worked their butts off and I truly appreciate them. Mr. Clark was professional and straight shooter. One that stood out the most was his honesty and that goes way beyond consideration in this trade. He told me straight, no mold to minor mold on my AC unit Attic ceiling water damage. He added "Do not let the other use scare tactics on you about mold because it will be tore off anyway, foundations are treated so it takes way longer for mold to start growing". That's when I felt the sincerity of what he does with his company. It's a rare trait and there are many competitors out here in Las Vegas but if you want an honest person that will not use scare tactics just to get a pretty penny off you then use IRS. Just to add the other 3-4 companies that bid on my job following IRS used scare tactics (mold) and pressuring about insurance claims, where Rich was kind enough to advice me on getting a handyman to replace the drywall since I will be paying (which I paid) all these on my own pocket. Once again Mr Clark it was a pleasure and you are right on "I hope I don't get to hear from you again" but if so, I look forward to doing business with you again. 5 star!!
