  • I've used Carl's AC a few times for basic maintenance every couple of years. They have always been friendly and easy to work with. A very friendly technician recently visited my residence for basic maintenance and the next day I noticed the air wasn't as cool. The employee that answered the phone called the service manager and was able to get the tech back the next morning which was great; the issue was fixed. The true test of a business is the turn-around time to fix an issue and Carl's passed with flying colors. No need to look for another AC repair company and I will always use Carl's.
