Horrible. The tech (Jace) who came to our house twice to fix our washer was lazy and not knowledgeable. He didn't want to do anything to try to understand or fix the problem and he insisted my husband help him move the appliances too. He just called Whirlpool tech on the phone and pressed buttons, running through the same diagnostic tests my husband had already done. He claimed he could not find the problem so I suggested that he wash a load and watch the washer. He refused to spend the time to do that - to actually witness the problem. He didn't even write up an estimate like, "I can work for X hours at Y rate to try to diagnose the problem" he just flat our refused to do anything to try to figure out or fix the problem. The washer is still broken.
Oh and he did show up at the beginning of the appt. "window" - but he showed up earlier than the window and then I got a call from the office complaining that no one was home. At least he didn't charge us anything.
