  • Marcine's is absolutely refreshing from the usual chain bars/restaurants. One of my favorite spots in the area. Service has always been friendly. Lindsay is a hoot during Meat Raffles. Food prices are more than reasonable. With the pizzas (OMG the pizzas from Marcine's!!!) The pizza slices are layered with huge chunks of toppings. Not deep dish, not New York pizza, it's its own hybrid of some sort. I'd devour these everyday if I could. With the delicious pizzas, the $1 Monday Tacos, $0.25 Wednesday Wings, etc., how does this place make money?! I usually leave large tips because I'm stingy on spending money on alcohol. I assume that's where a majority of the profits are made. Even the old guys at the bar wonder and assume the same. If you're visiting the area, strolling through downtown Mount Horeb, hiking at Donald Park or just passing through, Marcine's is worth the visit.
