Below average Starbucks in terms of efficiency and organization. The drive through is consistently slow at all times of the day/week. 15 minutes from order to payment today with 4 ahead of me in line. Tried the pre-order version on the app to see if that would be better. After several weeks, my conclusion is, if it's just a drink, it's probably faster. However, if you order a breakfast sandwich or any other food, it can take forever. In my experiences, the food is done, but not moved out to the counter area for pick up. I've had to ask about my food long after receiving my drink. It's always on the back counter near the drive through area. The folks working behind the counter are friendly, professional, working and staffing appears to be adequate so I am not sure what the problem is.
