rev:text	My wife and I are just like most couples in Phoenix, hard working and easy going. We don't expect much. All we expected from "Arcadia Vistas", was a safe environment were we could live, coexist and work. As writer's, we work from home; that's all we asked of them, they failed. Miserably. The police are on the property at least twice a week, if not more. It takes much, much, longer then necessary to finish any problem. In the seven months since we moved in, we've had three manager's. The complex is completely infested with bedbugs, not to mention cockroaches.. yet when your dealing with an ongoing bedbug infestation, the cockroaches become a welcome alternative. I have no reason to complain except I truly feel sorry for anyone who's signed a lease or doesn't have any place else to live as an alternative.. on principal alone, I chose to write this review. Because I feel like they take advantage of the fact that many of their tenants don't have the money or more importantly, the resources to move or affect a change in the complex. Living at Arcadia Vistas has quite literally pushed my wife and I to the edge. The constant noise and yelling at night coupled with the paper thin walls, ensures constant sleep deprivation or if your lucky.. interrupted sleep. Their incompetence and complete lack of willingness to correctly address issues has been astounding. The neighborhood is dangerous. Just Google the address if you need any convincing. Never have I experienced more problems with an apartment in my life. Do your research, just about anywhere is better then here. I would give it zero stars but I will give it one for the fact that as of yet the roof has not caved in....
